I’m uncomfortable being photographed...

Not a problem! Lighting tricks and camera equipment aside, it’s my job as a photographer to put you at ease and capture a relaxed and natural portrait of you. In addition, our studio is a casual and friendly environment, so there’s no need to feel intimidated!

What should I wear?

First and foremost, I always suggest my clients wear what makes them feel comfortable.

For business professionals, I would suggest a suit that makes you feel sharp, or simple business-casual clothes. I tend to caution against pinstripes and complex patterns, as they can be distracting in images.

Can I bring a change of clothes?

Absolutely! I typically recommend business professionals bring 1-2 outfit options, and models bring 3-4.

Do you provide hair and makeup?

We can happily make a few recommendations for stylists and can include a stylist for a fee.  There are also lots of great salons in the vicinity. A hair stylist or makeup artist you know well and trust is always best, but if you would like some suggestions, please feel free to ask.

Is there a choice for background colors?

Backdrop choices range from white, grey and black, as well as a few handpainted canvas backdrops. Let us know if you have a preference.

Where are you located?

You can find us in the heart of downtown Danvers, at 49 Maple St. (Rte. 35). Please enter through the back of the building (via the parking lot) to access the second floor. There is a staircase and an elevator that will bring you up to the 2nd floor.

Is your studio accessible?

Yes!

Where should I park?

You can find parking in the lot behind our building, or anywhere on the street downtown—Danvers is not a metered town.

Do you travel to offices?

Yes, if you and your company would like headshots taken on location, we are happy to come to you. Please contact us for a group estimate.

Do you do group shots?

Absolutely! Please contact us for a quote.

What does my session fee include?

Your fee includes a photo shoot, all images delivered via an online gallery, and 2 of your favorite images, edited and delivered in both hi-res and web-res formats. Additional files can be purchased for a fee.

How long is each session?

Most sessions last approximately 30-60 minutes.

How do I make my final selections?

The images from your session will be uploaded to an online gallery. There you can log in, browse the full set, and mark your favorite images. Those will be edited and delivered to you!

What is the turnaround time?

You'll usually have access to your proof gallery within 24 hours.
